A Christmas Wish For You!!!!

I saw this on a fellow blogger's Pam Speidel's site and I thought it was fitting for this holiday season:

My Christmas Wish For You!!
My Christmas wish for you, my friend
Is not a simple one
For I wish you hope and joy and peace
Days filled with warmth and sun
I wish you love and friendship too
Throughout the coming year
Lots of laughter and happiness
To fill your world with cheer
May you count your blessings, one by one
And when totaled by the lot
May you find all you've been given
To be more than what you sought
May your journeys be short, your burdens light
May your spirit never grow old
May all your clouds have silver linings
And your rainbows pots of gold
I wish this all and so much more
May all your dreams come true
May you have a Merry Christmas friend
And a happy New Year, too! ~ unknown

I wish everyone a very Merry Christmas!!!!!

Flower Arrangement Fit For A Craft Room

Hello, I have not been on here for a while. I am sorry. Our whole house has been sick for weeks and we are finally getting back to normal around here. I think my mom had it the worst tho. Her face started to swell and has been for almost 2 weeks, yuck!!

I know my mom loves floweres, but real ones always don't last long. I found these flowers online awhile ago and decided to make her some and then she can have flowers all the time in the craft room.

I am also getting together "JoAnna's Jems", so be on the lookout for that.

I hope everyone is ready for a wonderful Christmas with family and friends. I can not wait.

See you all soon, thanks for stopping by.

ETA: I realized that I did not put the info on what I used. The paint can is the small one from PaperTrey Ink, the Ladybugs & Butterflies are also PaperTrey Ink and I put Crystal Effects (Stampin Up) over them to add shine. I hope this helps.

Gift sets all packaged up and ready to go!!!!!!

Oh my gosh, did you see the SOOOOO VERY cute purses the Nichole had made on her blog yesterday?

As soon as I saw them, I had to try and make them. Then I got the idea of putting those gift sets that I made as Christmas gifts inside them. They turned out soo cute and I am loving this idea of using the purses to put gifts inside.

And guess what, I have almost hit the 30,000 hit mark. WAY COOL!!!!! Which means, it is almost time for some wonderful "JoAnna's Jems".

Christmas Gifts

Hello everyone. I am so glad you all are not mad for leaving you hanging with just a small portion of the items!!

I completely forgot that I had a Choir performance last night, so it took me longer to get all this uploaded.

So on to with the post, LOL!!!! Here are Christmas gifts that I have made for 3 of my friends at school. I had a blast making these and I hope they like them as much as I do, hehehe!!! I guess it is a good thing that their initials are on them so I won't keep them :)

I made a notebook, post it note holder, magnet calender, beaded pen and a jumbo paper clip. The notebook and post it note holders, I found on Emily's site. The calenders I found on Lorie's site. THANK YOU for your wonderful ideas. I love them, and I am sure my friends will also. The only thing I might add, is a coaster pen holder. My mom has WAY to many coasters, so I just night have to make them match all the rest of the goodies!!!!

I hope you all enjoyed this post. I actually sat down and went to work and got them done. I did not even ask the question, should I do it like this or that. I am telling you, this was the best and to complete something from start to finish without asking those questions, is a HUGE accomplishment and I am very proud, if I can say that about myself, LOL!!!!!

Have a good rest of your day and I will see you tomorrow.

Just a peak........

...........of what I have been working so hard on. I am SOOOOO Sorry, but the rest of the picture and info has to wait until I get home from school today. They were not exactly how I wanted, so I finally figured put what they needed and will do that after school and then show you the completed projects. I hope you everyone does not get mad at me for posting part of the picture :(

I hope you all will like them, I have been working very hard on these and completed them without any input from anyone around the house, so I am very proud of that :)

I will see you all back here VERY soon......

Christmas Gift Tags

My mom needed Christmas Tags for the presents and when she was done, she did not have enough so she asked me to make her some more. We got the idea from Nichole Heady from PaperTrey.

I used the mega and giga scalloped square punches. On the white square I stamped dots from PaperTrey's Borders & Corners. The ornaments and sentiment are from Take a Bough. On the larger ornament I used a Making Memories Page Pebbles and the smaller, I put crystal effects (Stampin Up) to add dimension.

I really like how they turned out. I am actually very proud of the end result.

I tried up upload the tutorial that I promised you, but for some reason some of the pictures are not uploading into Blogger. I will work on it more later or see if my mom can figure it out. I hope to have it up by this evening.

Don't forget, if you want to be added to my RAK book, please email me.

My Little Journal

My mom and I have been playing around with her new bind-it-all. I LOVE journals to write in so I wanted to make another one :)

All the cardstock and stamps are from Stampin Up, the designer paper is DCWV, ribbon, I think came from Michaels, and 2 Primas.

I have a new card to show you tomorrow that I made for a Sketch Challenge!!

Tutorial Coming....

I have been getting request and questions on how I did the gift card holders here. I am getting a tutorial done and it will be up within the next couples of days. I am hoping to finish it tonight so I can post it tomorrow.

I hope this will help everyone!!!

Have a good Wednesday.

Blogging RAK Book

Hello everyone!!! I hope everyones week is starting out good :)

I have been playing with the Bind It All after I finished all the homework. I have many projects to share with you over the next few days.

I wanted to show you what I did with the mini books my mom made me. I wrapped green ribbon around the middle of the book and used the 2 biggest scalloped circle punches for the center. The circles are adhered using dimensionals. For a little extra I tied a bow and glued it to the top of the circles using crystal effects.

Now for the good part.... I decided(after talking to my mom of course) to keep a book of names to RAK each month. If you would like to be apart of this please email me you name, address, and blog address, if you have one.

I have really enjoyed doing things for many people and I would like to spread that to everyone that has supported me thru this adventure and helping to make this experience the best ever!!!!!

Thank you to all of you that come and visit me, you really have helped me grow in this blogging world :)

NOTE: I have a new email address. You can click the link on the sidebar for the new one.

New Toy......

a Bind It All!!!!! My mom got one for her birthday, so we have been playing with it. She made these coaster books for me. They are not embellished yet, cause I am not sure what I am using them for.

The paper is from Joann's (my aunt and mom went out shopping for their birthday and got tons of stuff, lol!!!), the inner pages are the white cardstock for PaperTrey. My mom was able to get all 4 of these out of one of the wire binding. I think it is the 1/2" wires.

I get to play with the Bind It All tomorrow after school, so I will show you how I embellished these and another project using the new toy.

Gift Card Holders

I am so sorry this is late.....

My aunt wanted me to make these for her to give at Christmas because she didn't have time to get to the project. I was really glad because these looked like alot of fun to do, and someone wanted me to make something for them to give to someone else. It is real exciting.

I used 3 PaperTrey stamp sets, "Holiday Treats", "Snowflake Serenade", and "Take A Bough". I put Making Memories Page Pebbles over the ornament. I also used Liquid Applique on part of the branches to make it look like snow. So pretty in real life.
I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend.
